Two billion died during the Y2K event and we have a world to repopulate! Thanks to recent progress in both science and the arcane arts, is now possible to magically or surgically alter your reproductive organs! Every organ has a different pregnancy duration and condition to trigger it, for now ROMANCE IS DEAD an not yet really implemented so you can resort to sperm databases (and if your body can produce sperm you can even get payed to contribute to filing entries in this database!).
I haven't tested yet what happen if you switch genitals mid-pregnancy and i don't really want to know it.
